Neil Lindley has been a dedicated instructor in North Carolina since 1994, beginning his career after obtaining certification from the Murdoch Center in Butner, North Carolina. Neil Lindley
Neil Lindley has been a dedicated instructor in North Carolina since 1994, beginning his career after obtaining certification from the Murdoch Center in Butner, North Carolina. As a pioneer in the field, Neil became the first NCI+ Instructor Trainer certified in the state of North Carolina. In this role, he played a pivotal part in certifying all NCI instructors within the state at his facilities.
For five years, Neil served as one of the owners and CEO of NCI+, significantly contributing to the organization's growth and success. Starting with zero certifications annually increased to over 25,000. After selling his shares a couple years ago, he has continued to share his expertise by teaching with Scales Training at the Participant level.
Currently, Neil is focused on developing a National behavior management curriculum. This initiative aims to expand the service offerings of Scales Training and align with their philosophy of care, thereby enhancing the support provided to their clients.
In addition to his work in training, Neil owned a CAP/MRDD company in North Carolina, which provided care to approximately 1,200 individuals across North Carolina and Florida. His company operated successfully from 1998 to 2016, showcasing his commitment to improving the lives of those in need.
Neil's educational journey began at Elon University, where he earned his degree in 1993. His extensive experience and passion for education and care continue to drive his efforts in making a positive impact in the field of behavior management and beyond.
